Look up a Hub error code

Every Hub error has a permanent SE-STA code. Find yours here, then search for it to reach the fix.

Reaching and pairing with the Hub

SE-STA-001: the Hub is not answering.
SE-STA-002: a pairing code or setup claim was refused. It was wrong, used or expired, or the Hub already has an owner.
SE-STA-003: the Hub at that address shows a different certificate. It was reset or reinstalled, or something else is answering in its place.
SE-STA-016: the Hub is paired and not answering.
SE-STA-024: a request from another website was refused.

SE-STA-004, SE-STA-012 and SE-STA-013: the licence is invalid, bound to another Hub, or revoked.
SE-STA-005 and SE-STA-014: the licence expired, or the Hub's clock cannot be trusted.
SE-STA-011: the Pro purchase has no free seat. Free one in the app.
SE-STA-025 and SE-STA-026: remote access and continuous recording need Pro.
SE-STA-027: deleting old recordings is paused because the licence ended. Nothing is deleted.
SE-STA-028 to SE-STA-032: the Hub is blocked. See When the Hub is blocked.

SE-STA-006: the recording disk is full or cannot be written.
SE-STA-015: that disk is the one the Hub boots from, which it will not record onto.
SE-STA-019 to SE-STA-021: a backup could not be written, a restore was refused, or a backup did not verify.
SE-STA-022 and SE-STA-023: the Hub's database was unreadable and set aside, or was written by a newer Hub.

SE-STA-007: the Hub's media engine is down.
SE-STA-008: the Hub cannot reach the camera.
SE-STA-017: the camera answered, but nothing playable was found.
SE-STA-018: the camera keeps refusing motion events, so the Hub stopped asking for now.

SE-STA-009 and SE-STA-010: the service that carries a remote session is not available.
