Email us
Stuck on a camera, found something that works (or doesn't), or just have a question? A few details up front means we can usually answer in one reply. We reply within one to two business days.
- Camera won't connect?
- Send us the SE error code, the camera model and firmware, and what you've tried so far. Leave the camera password out. support@secureeyes.app
- Tested a camera?
- Tell us the brand, exact model, firmware version, and whether local ONVIF or RTSP worked. Reports from real hardware tell us what to test next. hello@secureeyes.app
- Press, partnerships or ideas
- Feedback, media questions, or anything that doesn't fit the other two. We read everything. hello@secureeyes.app
What to include in a support email
- The error code. The full SE code shown in the app, for example SE-AUTH-001.
- Camera details. Brand, exact model, firmware version, and whether it's wired or Wi-Fi.
- What you tried. Discovery, add by IP, ports you changed, any settings you toggled.
Please don't send passwords, or an RTSP URL with the password in it.
Most connection problems already have an answer in the knowledge base: setup guides, notes on specific brands, protocol details, and an entry for every SE error code.
