How codes are grouped
- SE-NET: reaching the camera, Local Network permission.
- SE-AUTH: camera username, password, keychain.
- SE-STRM: live video, snapshots, bandwidth, sessions.
- SE-ONVF: capabilities and settings over ONVIF.
- SE-CAM and SE-SCAN: camera library and discovery.
- SE-STOR: local events, snapshots, exports, free space.
- SE-SYNC: setup transfer and device sync.
- SE-PLAN and SE-APP: plan limits and general app errors.
- SE-WALL: extra wall windows on macOS.
- SE-STA: the Hub. Its codes are in the Hub docs, under Look up a Hub error code.
Writing to support
Copy the full error details from the app, including the SE code. Don't send camera passwords or an RTSP URL with the password in it.
