Add a phone or tablet to your Hub

A device that already uses the Hub shows a code, and the new one scans it. Every device joins as an admin.

Add one

  1. 01On a device that already uses the Hub, go to Settings, then Hub, and tap Show code next to Add a phone or tablet.
  2. 02On the new device, go to Settings, then Hub, and tap Scan QR.
  3. 03Scan the code. It works once, and only for a few minutes.
  4. 04The new device joins as an admin, like every device on the Hub.
  • The new device does not need Pro of its own: it gets Pro from the Hub.
  • If the new device is already paired with that Hub, the app says so and changes nothing.

See and remove devices

  1. 01Go to Settings, then Hub, and tap Manage next to Devices on this Hub.
  2. 02The list shows every phone, tablet, Mac and browser paired with the Hub. This device is marked.
  3. 03Tap Remove on one you no longer use. It loses access at once. To use it with the Hub again, pair it again.
No viewers any more

Every device paired with a Hub can watch and change its settings. Earlier versions had admins and viewers; an updated Hub makes every device an admin by itself.

Who can use your Hub

Every device paired with the Hub is an admin: phones, tablets, Macs and signed-in browsers. Add and remove them on the Devices page.
