Open the Hub's web page, or sign a browser in

Open Hub admin opens the page on this device, already signed in. Sign in a browser signs in another computer by scanning its screen.

On this device

On a Mac this is the easiest way in, because the Hub's sign-in QR is usually on the same screen as the app.

  1. 01Go to Settings, then Hub, and tap Open next to Open Hub admin.
  2. 02The page opens in Safari or your default browser, already signed in. The link inside works once, within a minute.

On another computer

  1. 01On the computer, open https://<Hub address>:8443. The page shows Sign in to your Hub's name, and a QR code.
  2. 02On your phone or tablet, go to Settings, then Hub, and tap Scan next to Sign in a browser.
  3. 03Scan the QR on the computer's screen. The app names the browser and its address.
  4. 04Tap Sign in only if that browser is in front of you. The computer signs itself in.
  • On an iPhone, the system Camera app can scan the sign-in QR too.
  • The QR expires after 2 minutes. The page shows a new one by itself; scan that.
  • This device must already be paired with the Hub. If it is not, the app says it cannot sign a browser in to it.
