SE-ONVF-014: Camera clock is off

The camera's own clock is 30 seconds or more away from this device's clock, or the Hub's in a location with a Hub. The time drawn on its picture comes from that clock, so it disagrees with the time of events, clips and footage.

What it says

SE-ONVF-014: Camera clock is off. Set the camera's time server, or its time, in the camera's own web settings, for example pool.ntp.org.

Where you see it

In the camera's settings under General, a warning at the top, and in More > Cams & Streams under Camera clocks, beside the camera's name.

What to do

  1. Standard and Pro: choose More, then Cams & Streams, then Sync beside Sync camera clocks.
  2. Or set the camera's time server in its own web page, for example pool.ntp.org, and check its time zone.
  3. In a location with a Hub, the Hub sets the camera's clock by itself within six hours.
