SE-SCAN-002: Scan could not run

The scan could not do its work, so its empty result says nothing about where your cameras are.

What it says

SE-SCAN-002: Scan could not run. The network scan stopped early. Try again.

Where you see it

On Scan results: a box above the results with the title, the hint and "Error SE-SCAN-002". It shows when no part of the scan could run (the discovery message could not be sent and every address sweep failed), and when a scan on a location with a Hub stops because the Hub refused it or could not be reached. The Hub's reason then follows the code.

What to do

  1. Choose Scan Again.
  2. On a location with a Hub, check that this device reaches the Hub: choose More, then Hub. See When the app cannot reach your Hub.
