The code was made by an older version of SecureEyes, in a format this version no longer reads.

SE-SYNC-010: Sent by an older version. This code uses an older format. Update SecureEyes on the sending device and send a fresh one.
Where you see it
In Receive setup: under the code field after Continue, when a typed or pasted code starts with SEYES1:, and under the key boxes when a link opened the screen with such a code. The message is the hint followed by "Error SE-SYNC-010". A scanned SEYES1: QR code is ignored.
What to do
- 01Update SecureEyes on the sending device.
- 02On the sending device, open Send setup again to make a new code and key.
- 03On this device, choose Rescan or start Receive setup again, and scan or paste the new code.
