SE-STA-023: The hub database was written by a newer hub
The database was written by a newer Hub than the one installed, so this Hub refuses to open it. The file is left untouched.

Where you see it
Only in the Hub's system log (journald, read in a terminal), at start. The Hub stops, so its web page does not open.
What to do
- 01Install the newer Hub version again (see Update the Hub).
- 02Or restore a backup made by the version that is installed now.
