SE-PLAN-006: The Hub was not removed from the plan
From SecureEyes 1.2. Removing a Hub from the Pro purchase did not go through, so the Hub keeps its seat. The licence server refused, could not be reached, or this build of SecureEyes names no licence server for that purchase. A device that is offline gets this code too. The limit on freeing silent Hubs is a different message: This purchase has freed as many silent Hubs as it can for now. Try again after and a date.
What it says
SE-PLAN-006: The Hub was not removed from the plan. Try again in a moment. If it keeps failing, contact support with the code.
Where you see it
Under Hubs on your Pro plan (More, then About, then Show next to Hubs on your Pro plan) and on the Your Pro plan covers 3 Hubs sheet, after Remove on a Hub: red text under the list reads The licence server did not remove that Hub, then the hint, "Error SE-PLAN-006" and the reason.
What to do
- Check that this device is connected to the internet.
- Choose Remove next to the Hub again. Under Hubs on your Pro plan, confirm with Remove.
- If it keeps failing, contact support with the code and the reason after it. See Contact support and report a problem.
