Hubs on your Pro plan
One Pro purchase covers 3 Hubs. See them, and free a seat, on the device that bought Pro.
How seats work
- One Pro purchase activates up to 3 Hubs.
- Each Hub checks in with the licence server about once a day, and the list shows when each one was last seen.
- A Hub you remove stops working at its next check-in, until it is activated again. Its recordings stay on it.
Pro is not on sale yet, so no Hub can be activated today. This is how it works once it can be.
See or remove a Hub
The row only appears on the device that holds the purchase.
- 01On the device that bought Pro, go to Settings, then Plan.
- 02Tap Show next to Hubs on your Pro plan.
- 03Tap Remove on a Hub you no longer use, then confirm.
When all 3 are in use
Setting up a fourth Hub opens the list of the 3 on your plan. Remove one, and the new Hub is activated straight away.
The limit on freeing seats
A purchase can free at most 5 Hubs in 30 days that have not checked in for more than 2 days. A Hub that is offline never hears it was removed, so without a limit one purchase could keep any number of them running. Removing a Hub that is online, or resetting one, does not count.
When the limit is reached, the app says when you can try again.
The app activates the Hub's licence over the internet. The Hub renews it by itself about once a day. One Pro purchase covers 3 Hubs.
