SE-SCAN-003: Discovery is being blocked
The network drops the discovery message a scan sends to every camera at once. Cameras that answer when asked directly are still found by the address sweep.

SE-SCAN-003: Discovery is being blocked. This network drops discovery traffic. Add cameras by IP address instead.
Where you see it
On Scan results, when the discovery message went out and nothing answered it, yet a camera on this device's own network answered the same question sent to it directly: a box above the results with the title, the hint, "Error SE-SCAN-003" and a line that a guest network, or client isolation (AP isolation) in the router, keeps devices from seeing each other. Cameras found by the address sweep are still listed.
What to do
- Add the cameras the sweep listed as usual.
- Add any other camera with Add, then Add by IP address.
- Check that this device is not on a guest network, and whether the router's AP isolation (client isolation) is on.
