SE-STRM-010: Restart needed
The app was replaced on disk while it was running, and its video engine cannot open anything new until the app is started again.

SE-STRM-010: Restart needed. The app was updated while it was running. Quit and reopen it to play video.
Where you see it
On a Mac (the check also runs on iPhone and iPad): the Live panel of a camera that opens after the app was updated while running shows "Error SE-STRM-010" in the amber line, and opening a clip shows it as an error message. Streams that were already playing keep playing.
What to do
- 01Quit SecureEyes. On a Mac, choose Quit SecureEyes from the SecureEyes icon in the menu bar, or press Command-Q. On iPhone and iPad, close SecureEyes from the app switcher.
- 02Open SecureEyes again.
