SE-STOR-004: Photos access is off
SecureEyes does not have permission to add photos and videos to the photo library.

SE-STOR-004: Photos access is off. Allow SecureEyes to add photos in system Privacy settings.
Where you see it
An error message after Save to Photos on an event, a burst in the Events list, or a clip, or Add to Photos on a snapshot, when SecureEyes is not allowed to add to the photo library. On an event's own page the message offers Share instead.
What to do
- 01Allow SecureEyes to add photos in the system's privacy settings. On iPhone and iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > SecureEyes. On a Mac: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- 02Choose Save to Photos (or Add to Photos on a snapshot) again.
- 03To send the file somewhere without the photo library, use Share: on an event's page the error message offers Share instead, and a snapshot or a clip has Share beside its save button. For a burst in the Events list, open it first.
