SE-STA-007: Media engine (go2rtc) down
The Hub's media engine is not running, so no camera can be watched and recording has stopped with it. Cameras, settings and recordings are untouched, and the Hub restarts the engine by itself.

Where you see it
On the Hub's web page: a red strip at the top of every page, "SE-STA-007 The media engine is down.", an item under Overview > NEEDS ATTENTION, and the header chip ENGINE DOWN. The Hub logs why the engine (go2rtc) stopped or would not start.
What to do
- 01Wait a minute. The Hub restarts its media engine by itself, and the strip goes away when it is back.
- 02If it stays, restart the Hub: on Overview, under MAINTENANCE, choose Restart beside Restart the Hub, then Restart to confirm.
- 03If it comes back, open Settings > Logs and type SE-STA-007 in the filter box to read why the engine stopped. Send those lines to support.
