SE-PLAN-003: The Hub did not take the licence
From SecureEyes 1.2. Activating Pro for a Hub stopped at the Hub. The Hub did not answer for its licence, would not agree to be licensed under this purchase, gave an agreement that did not check out, or would not take the licence the server issued. The Hub agrees only when a paired device asks on its own network, not through the relay.
What it says
SE-PLAN-003: The Hub did not take the licence. Check that the Hub is on and up to date, then activate again from the Hub page.
Where you see it
On the Hub page (More, then Hub): a warning titled The Hub could not be licensed from here, with the hint, "Error SE-PLAN-003" and the Hub's reason. When the Hub answered with a code of its own, the reason is that code's sentence, and a chip under the message shows the Hub's code and copies its full answer. It comes when Pro is activated for a Hub on request: after pairing this device with a Hub, Check now on the Licence row, Activate Pro under Pro is waiting for you on this Hub, or freeing a seat on the Your Pro plan covers 3 Hubs sheet. The renewal the app does by itself, when the Hub page opens or in the background, shows nothing.
What to do
- Be at home, on the same network as the Hub. Away from home, through the relay, the Hub does not agree to a licence.
- Check that the Hub is on and answering: choose More, then Hub. If the page reads The Hub is not answering, see When the app cannot reach your Hub.
- Update the Hub. See Update the Hub.
- On the Hub page, try again: choose Check now on the Licence row (shown while the Hub is blocked), or Activate Pro when the page shows Pro is waiting for you on this Hub. If the warning shows a Hub code, see Look up a Hub error code.
