SE-PLAN-004: The licence server refused
From SecureEyes 1.2. The licence server answered and would not issue a licence for this Hub. Two refusals have messages of their own instead: a purchase that already covers 3 Hubs opens Your Pro plan covers 3 Hubs, and a device with no Pro purchase to present shows This device has no Pro purchase to show.
What it says
SE-PLAN-004: The licence server refused. The server's answer follows. If it keeps refusing, contact support with the code.
Where you see it
On the Hub page (More, then Hub): a warning titled The Hub could not be licensed from here, with the hint, "Error SE-PLAN-004" and the licence server's own reason, in English, or "the licence server answered" and its status. It comes when Pro is activated for a Hub on request: after pairing this device with a Hub, Check now on the Licence row, Activate Pro under Pro is waiting for you on this Hub, or freeing a seat on the Your Pro plan covers 3 Hubs sheet. The renewal the app does by itself, when the Hub page opens or in the background, shows nothing.
What to do
- Read the reason after the code. It is the licence server's own words.
- If it says the subscription has lapsed, the purchase was refunded or revoked, or the purchase is not Pro, check the plan on the device that bought Pro: choose More, then About, and in Your plan choose Restore purchases.
- If it says the Hub did not confirm this activation, check the Hub's clock. The server takes the Hub's agreement only within 10 minutes of its own clock. See Set the Hub's clock and time zone.
- On the Hub page, try again: choose Check now on the Licence row (shown while the Hub is blocked), or Activate Pro when the page shows Pro is waiting for you on this Hub. If it keeps refusing, contact support with the code and the reason. See Contact support and report a problem.
