- Choose a wall layout EnglischPick how many cameras a wall shows at once, and which layouts each plan includes.
- Group cameras into locations EnglischCreate locations such as home or office, move cameras into them, switch Live between them, and delete a location you no longer need. Cameras in a second place need a Hub there.
- When a location says "Not here" or "Off on this device" EnglischWith two or more locations, SecureEyes does not open the cameras of a place this device is shown to be away from. You can also switch a location off on one device.
- Give a second lens its own tile EnglischShow each lens of a multi-lens camera as its own tile on Live and on your walls.

- A camera says it is not responding or has no stream EnglischWhat each camera tile state means on Live, and the button that fixes it.
- Video won't play or keeps stopping EnglischRead the state on the picture, use the button SecureEyes offers, and fix the cause on the camera or in its settings.
- Sign-in rejected with the right password EnglischMany cameras keep a separate account for apps. Create it on the camera, update the sign-in in SecureEyes, and wait out a lockout.
- Why is my Events tab empty? EnglischEvents fill only when something watches for motion. Turn on Watch for motion, check Detect motion on each camera, and know what Free captures.
- Why is the time in the picture wrong? EnglischThe time drawn on a camera's picture comes from the camera's own clock. Events, clips and Hub footage use this device's or the Hub's clock. SecureEyes warns when a camera is 30 seconds or more off, and Standard and Pro set every camera's clock in one press.
- Contact support and report a problem EnglischCopy the exact error from a camera, then email support from About. What to send, what to leave out, and what happens when no mail app opens.
- Look up a SecureEyes error code EnglischEvery SecureEyes error code, what its title means, and what to do about it.

- Move your setup to another device EnglischCopy your cameras, locations and saved sign-ins to another device with an encrypted code. Standard and Pro.
- Keep your devices in sync with iCloud EnglischStandard and Pro keep cameras, locations and shared settings in step across your devices, through your own iCloud account.

- Add a phone or tablet to your Hub EnglischA device that uses the Hub shows a one-time code and the new device scans it. Every paired device is an admin, and any of them can remove another.
- "This device is already paired with that Hub" EnglischYou scanned a code for a Hub this device still holds a key for. From SecureEyes 1.2, the app reconnects to that Hub instead of stopping. On an older app, how to pair again.
- Open the Hub's web page, or sign a browser in EnglischOpen Hub admin opens the Hub's page on this device, already signed in. Sign in a browser signs another computer in when you scan the code on its screen.
- Watch back footage from your Hub EnglischPlay what your Hub recorded for a camera, jump to motion, and save a frame or a clip.
- Watch your cameras away from home EnglischWith a Pro Hub, turn on Watch away from home while you are at home. The Hub keeps a line open outward to the SecureEyes relay, sealed end to end, and the app reaches the Hub through it when you are out. A second switch lets a phone turn it on from anywhere.
- Reset your Hub from the app EnglischWipe the Hub to new, for a fresh start or a new owner. The app lists what goes before anything happens.
- Hubs on your Pro plan EnglischOne Pro purchase activates up to 3 Hubs. See them, and free a seat, on a device that holds the purchase.
- When your Hub is blocked EnglischA Hub that has an owner and no valid licence stops serving live view and recording. The app says why, what to do, and the error code.
- When the app cannot reach your Hub EnglischWhat the Hub page shows when the Hub does not answer, or when something else answers in its place, and what to do.
- Why this device left its Hub EnglischWhen this device's plan is confirmed below Pro, it unpairs from its Hub by itself and says so. Nothing on the Hub is deleted.
