- Sign-in rejected with the right password AnglaisMany cameras keep a separate account for apps. Create it on the camera, update the sign-in in SecureEyes, and wait out a lockout.
- Why is my Events tab empty? AnglaisEvents fill only when something watches for motion. Turn on Watch for motion, check Detect motion on each camera, and know what Free captures.
- Why is the time in the picture wrong? AnglaisThe time drawn on a camera's picture comes from the camera's own clock. Events, clips and Hub footage use this device's or the Hub's clock. SecureEyes warns when a camera is 30 seconds or more off, and Standard and Pro set every camera's clock in one press.

- Add a phone or tablet to your Hub AnglaisA device that uses the Hub shows a one-time code and the new device scans it. Every paired device is an admin, and any of them can remove another.
